SHIPPING AND RETURNS CONDITIONS

DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are taken over and processed within 2-3 days of receipt of payment and are shipped via GLS courier with tracking and delivery without signature. Delivery times (1-2 days) are calculated from the moment the courier picks up the package, it will be possible to check from the Tracking Number.

SHIPPING COST

Shipments are free for orders over €150.00 while for orders under this amount a fixed cost of €7.90 is charged which includes management, packaging and postage costs. It is recommended to group the items in a single order, it is not possible to group two distinct orders placed separately.

WHICH ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED

It is possible to return unused items, still with the relevant tags from orders placed from the website www.beaprocycling.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT

- RETURN TO THE COMPANY: It is possible to return the item by bringing the item directly to our office in Castellanza (VA) via Fratelli Rosselli, 16/B.

- RETURN BY MAIL: It is possible to return the item by post subject to our authorization by placing the item in a package together with the purchase receipt. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
