The BS80 pad is crafted using reverse thermoforming 1
to achieve a completely smooth surface in contact with the skin. The high-density 80 foam ensures perfect comfort and freedom of movement. Additional support is achieved through reinforcements in the ischial area 2.
The XP1 pad is developed in two layers: two high-density inserts 1
and the prostatic discharge 2, ensuring an excellent level of comfort during performance. The cellular foam 3
allows for high breathability and the cells serve to channel bacteria produced by sweat keeping the skin protected and dry.
The HT88 Poron pad is the result of an in-depth study of the cyclist's position with the concept of movement at its core. It is developed in three different layers, the first layer is made of soft antibacterial Mirror foam and utilizes reverse thermoforming to achieve a soft and smooth surface in contact with the skin. Thanks to its cellular structure, it allows the skin to remain dry through continuous ventilation 1.
The second layer is designed following a careful study of movement: twisting, tilting, compression and extension are the typical movements of every cyclist. For this reason, we created various channels whose function is to facilitate movements, increasing comfort in the saddle 2.
Finally, the last layer is made by incorporating Poron 3, a new material with a memory function that ensures high cushioning from impacts and vibrations during training and competitions. It features a slow release of compression, providing long-lasting comfort even during extended rides.

The HT71 pad is crafted using reverse thermoforming 1
to achieve a completely smooth surface in contact with the skin. The high-density 90 foam ensures perfect comfort and freedom of movement. Additional support is achieved through triple-density reinforcements in the ischial area 2 providing even greater support, suitable for children in middle categories.
